What counts as a "booked estimate"?
A homeowner who asked for an inspection, was contacted by phone, confirmed interest, agreed to a time window with your office, and was present at the appointment. Anything less isn't billed.
Are the leads shared with other roofers?
No. Territory exclusivity is the core of the offer. One ZIP code, one contractor. If we can't serve a territory exclusively, we won't sell it.
What if the homeowner doesn't show?
You're credited on the following invoice. Billing follows attended appointments, not promises.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Terms are week-to-week. Most contractors stay because the math works, not because paperwork forces them.
Do you handle the repairs or just the leads?
Leads only. You run the roofs. We run the pipeline that fills them.
